CalSouth Little League is a community youth baseball organization based in South Calgary that provides Little League baseball programs for kids ages 4–16. The league focuses on teaching baseball skills while helping players build character, teamwork, confidence, loyalty, and courage in a safe and positive environment.
CalSouth offers several divisions based on age and skill level, including:
- T-Ball (ages 4–6)
- Rookie Ball (ages 6–8)
- Minors (ages 9–10)
- Majors (ages 11–12)
- Teen Division (ages 13–16)
The organization is run largely by volunteers, including coaches, umpires, and board members, and is part of the larger Little League Canada network. Its programs emphasize sportsmanship, player development, community involvement, and giving all children the opportunity to enjoy baseball regardless of skill level.
